Thank you so much to the wonderful lady/person that helped me finish my renewal application over the phone. I am absolutely the worst at filling paperwork out online, it gets so confusing when filling in numbers thanks to having dyscalculia. The Dr was amazing, he asked what my condition i have to qualify but didn't ask me to recount/relive the abuse in detail as I have had to do the last 3 times I have renewed my card.
