I was on the phone for 45 mins getting transferred from here to there then I had to wait for the dr to call whom was VERY rude and acted as though I was wasting her precious time until I finally finished the process. Yes it was worth it but it took way longer than it should have or needed to. The drs attitude was the worst part of it though
