What a racket!
Was told by you that I needed a Dr. approval for my card renewal. After I was approved, went to apply for the renewal, and the State of NJ WOULD NOT process it yet. My present card DOES NOT expire for 13 months, and they don't accept renewals prior to 60 days of expiration. So you got your $ early, and you'll probably tell me again next year I need the DR. approval AGAIN! Not Helpful!

Thank you for your feedback — we completely understand your frustration. Each state has its own rules on how early renewals can be processed, and in New Jersey, the renewal window is indeed limited to within 60 days of expiration. Cards are also valid for 2 years but a patient needs a doctor's recommendation on a yearly basis to stay in the program. We have reached out to you via email as well. I hope this clears up any confusion.
