Doctor was late for appointment
Doctor was late for appointment. Took 15 seconds for over $100 fee and didn’t email the documents I needed. Having to call them now to figure out what are the next steps. Money grab company

For patient privacy and confidentiality reasons, recommendations are not emailed — they are securely available for download in your personal Elevate Holistics account, as detailed in several confirmation and follow-up emails. It also appears you purchased our optional Full-Service add-on, which helps patients complete their state application. However, since you submitted your own application, we will be refunding that portion of your fee right away.
