First bad experience

I have been using Elevate Holistics for 3 years now. I never had any issues until today. The doctor I was matched with made me wait 40 minutes after my appointment time and ultimately never showed. I sent numerous messages to him and he never replied to one. I immediately called customer service and was given a new doctor and appointment time. Almost instantly the new doctor sent me a message saying he would be with me shortly and within a few minutes the appointment started with no issues. I’m not sure what happened with the first doctor, but long wait times with no communication to patients is unacceptable. If it wasn’t for customer service helping me as quickly as they did along with the new doctor, I don’t think I would have given any stars.
