The site is misleading
The site is misleading. I paid for the Doctor and if I pay an extra $40 ,it said they would do my state application. So, why do I have to do it.z

Thank you for your feedback — we’re sorry for any confusion along the way. Your appointment with the doctor was completed and we assisted in filling out your state application. All you need to do is the pay the state fee and submit. To clarify, the state application fee is always a separate charge that must be paid directly to the state. By law, medical card companies are not allowed to collect the state’s fee or include it in our pricing — which is why it isn’t bundled into your appointment cost. We also clearly state during the booking process and follow up emails that the state fee is not included. Your certification and state application are already taken care of — the final step is simply paying the fee on the state website so they can finish processing your card. We’re happy to guide you through that part if needed. We truly appreciate you choosing Elevate Holistics and we’re here if you have any questions.

We got to prefilled all info needed…
We got to prefill all info needed before visit. The doctor was great, got to the basics. Said he met all criteria. We should hear something within 24 hours. That was the 7th today is the 11th and we still haven’t heard anything. No guidance at all. I am asking for a full refund.
