Regarding the timeline, our part of the process is always completed within 24 hours of your appointment. If there was a delay beyond that, it typically relates to the state’s processing time, which varies and is unfortunately outside of our control. It takes AR about 2 weeks to approve your providers recommendation and review your application after you submit and pay the state fee. I will only use Elevate Holistics for…
I will only use Elevate Holistics for as long as I have my medical card. I will admit that I'm not very good with navigating web pages & filling out online forms. However, Elevate Holistics makes it pretty simple and straight forward on the process of getting your card and renewing your card. I enjoyed that everything was online with no in person visits. They have the cheapest prices that I have found and the doctors that call are friendly and the conversation is straight to the point and quick lasting only a few minutes. This is the simiest and cheapest way to get your medical card and renew your medical card.

My cards already been deactivated for some reason even though I paid you

Thank you for reaching out. We took a look into your file, and you were seen and approved by your provider on October 27th. Your recommendation was successfully entered into the state system shortly after your appointment. We don’t have access to deactivate or modify a patient’s state account once it’s active, so this sounds like an issue on the state’s side. If your card shows as deactivated, we recommend reaching out directly to your state’s medical marijuana program for clarification—they’ll be able to review your payment and account status in real time. I paid the fee for Elevate Holistics to…
I paid the fee for Elevate Holistics to take care of the application process and 15.00$ extra even to what I thought was "expedite" the process. I received a notification from the state of Arkansas yesterday that they do not have the doctor's letter. How am I supposed to get them this information? I have already paid my state fee also.

Thank you for your feedback. We reviewed your account and can confirm that you were seen and approved by your provider on November 5th. We initially needed your state password to upload your recommendation, and once that was received, it was added to your account immediately. Please note that your recommendation was successfully uploaded to the Arkansas state system before your application was submitted. In fact, the state portal doesn’t allow patients to pay their state fee until the doctor’s recommendation is already in place.
