I ordered two bags from this store and they did NOT disappoint!!! I will definitely purchase from them in the future. The quality and professionalism is top-notch. If you are on the fence about using this store, DONT BE! The products arrived in a timely fashion, customer service stayed in contact with me until I received a tracking number. The quality of the products is unbeatable. I bought a chanel bag made of sheep skin and you can smell the sheep skin. The stitching and details of both bags I purchased is of the highest quality. I am an EXTREMELY satisfied customer!!!!

I ordered a LV NeverFull medium hand bag with the Murakami flower design. The bag arrived within a few weeks as promised and it is a beautiful bag, nearly a 1 on 1 replica. I got so many compliments. Good service and quality. No need to spend thousands on a bag.

I previously wrote a negative review, because when I first received my bag, the one clasp did not work. I reached out to Elegous, and immediately got a text from Rory. With her help I was able to get the clasp working. Rory was very responsive and wanted to make sure I was extremely happy.!!! I was very pleased with their customer service.
