Hi Ms. Lyne, I’m truly sorry that you haven’t had a good shopping experience with Elegous. However, I’d like to clarify a few points: As you mentioned, we had informed customers in advance about the Lunar New Year holiday and accepted pre-orders during that time. To thank you for your patience, we offered a complimentary wallet valued at $249 and this was only arranged with your agreement. I truly hope you can take this into consideration. Regarding the Hermes bag, we have received your email and responded promptly to support you and provide possible solutions. We always strive to offer the best support to our customers. At the moment, we are waiting for your response so we can proceed with the most suitable resolution. I sincerely hope you can review our message so we can resolve this matter for you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Hello Ms. Mary, First of all, I sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience you’ve had with our store. However, I kindly ask you to consider that we did inform you in advance about the Lunar New Year holiday and asked whether you would like to proceed with a pre-order and keep the order during this period. We also updated you on the estimated delivery timeframe and offered expedited shipping along with several compensation offers to make up for the wait. Since the timeline did not meet your expectations, we have agreed to issue a 100% refund for your order. We truly hope you can take into account our goodwill and sincere efforts to resolve this matter. Our team will contact you shortly to provide further assistance and support.
