A little nervous at first
Although it took a little longer than expected to receive my Chanel wallet, it came beautifully packaged. I will certainly buy more from this company. I appreciate the communication, tracking information, and quality of their products.

Excellent Customer Service
Bags are both amazing and customer service is even more amazing. The lock that comes with my bag wasn’t anywhere to be found, I thought I threw it away or so I thought. It was inside the pocket of the purse the entire time. Customer service was super responsive. Even asked for photos and sent me a video of my bag before being shipped. The factory verified the lock was placed inside. I rechecked the pockets and there it was! I notified them asap to apologize! Bottom line is they were communicating and eager to help! What a great company.
