eleglide.comReviews of eleglide.com

Just back from my first ride on my newly acquired Tankroll from Eleglide. Very happy with the bike overall and just what I need for a smooth ride and help on the hills. 2 minor grumbles the ordering process from the uk is not the smoothest as the dispatch was delayed at the warehouse and delivery for a couple of days at the couriers. At the moment my only grumble about the bike itself is the saddle, even with a gel cover after 6/7 Miles its not that comfortable Accessories are not easy to get hold of in the UK

Italy. Fast delivery and good quality. Very inttrsting product.

Problemi risolti

Quick delivery, good packaging, quality of the components of the bike is good, but needs some adjustment. Brakes could be better, and there‘s no rear light in the package although there‘s a front one. Driving with the M1 Plus feels a little bit different to riding other e-bikes since the motor supports you until a specific speed which is chosen by one of the 5 support levels. It doesn‘t matter how heavy you hit the pedals, you just have to „touch“ them and the motor will speed you up to the chosen speed. I need to get used to this behaviour, but besides that I‘m really happy with it.

Easy purchase. Delivery time respected and fast. Easy contact and very responsive to provide answers. SAV not yet tested about technical problem on the bike...

Vélo reçu rapidement, bien emballé et protégé et plutôt joli ( M1 plus ) Ne vous attendez pas à du haut de gamme, forcément, c'est plus cher, mais ça reste correct, à voir dans le temps. Service client réactif.

Very fast delivery! Very well packed, no damage during the transport. Easy to assemble . The cycling is OK but it was noisy on every roadfault. The source of noise: there is a metal box INSIDE the frame ( behind the connector of battery). Size of box is appr. 30x30x30 mm. This box is not fixed so hits the frame inside and makes a lots of big noise during cycling! I fixed it but should be fixed during the production.

Velos très bien emballés, montage facile, petits soucis obligé de faire réglage disques et dérailleur avant . Les vélos sont très beaux et le service client réactif. Nous ne les avons pas encore utilisés cause de météo.
