I’m still waiting for my refund. Been two weeks and nothing. £170 for a new battery in the bin

They have changed the wiring looms so many times that my £800 bike is now obsolete, I brought the eleglide t1 after 2 years I can't get part's from the retailer

Dont buy this bike it is waste of money I got my bike dec 24 and now its 15 feb. in Jan suddenly the display did not work but the power was on but after some minutes the power should be restarted to use the bike again. I compliant about this problem I got a fast reply to take a vid of the problem. I did but no feedback before 3 weeks after with confirmation of the problem, thanks but I need a solution to the problem Suddenly the display is working again but but now you can go for 7 km and then the power is gone and the power display switch between 1-4 dots. I don’t think this is ever going to be solved and with the poor response from Eleglide I thing I have a new bike I can scrap. The ordering process was fine and the bike looks fine but quality of the display and battery is really poor. The chain is rust after the first weeks, ok it can be oiled but still it’s not a good quality. I will never buy this again

Wrong part sent and requested a swap of parts but it’s now been over 7 days and no correspondence from the customer services So making them down for poor communication

terrible service. product ordered unable to track on dpd tracking site. Emails no answered. waiting over 20 days for delivery . still has not arrived
