Tbh Cool site, fast response, quick arrival

Read a review, ordered, delivery very fast and accurate despite Christmas. I am 189cm and just above 100kg plus winter clothes and backpack, but the Coozy scooter still handles me well. Even on cobblestone streets. At slight grades, of course, it cannot keep up speed. Tyres are good, just wide enough not to slip into the tramway tracks. Also crossing tracks is no problem as long as those are dry. Battery keeps up well, as I am a seasoned electric biker avoiding unnecessary ups and downs. It was easy to get used to the controls. The plastic hook to fix the stem to the rear wheel for transport makes a fragile impression, Let´s see how long it lasts. Very good value for money!

Bike arrived on time, really well packed and protected. Easy to follow instructions for assembling only a few parts needed to be installed and a few small adjustments and it was ready to go.

Service is very good … they quickly replied to all my questions. Very easy to assembly.
