Having brought m1plus July, 2023, and then my son in law brought one just after in September, one has done 565 miles, the other 463, no issues at all , but they are well maintained, oiled chain cleaned, motor,s regressed , cleaned after every 35 mile ride I think if you look after things properly they look after you i mean if you travel 20mile out you want to get back as well ,eliglide m1 plus 10*

Excellent, service, arrived within five days. The packaging was excellent (there was so much of it) took about hour and a half by myself to assemble and was well worth it.
