Suite accident, J'ai pu avoir la fourche la roue avant complète, ainsi que le jeu de roulement de direction. J'ai contrôlé le cadre mais celui ci n'a pas bougé , c'est du solide . J'ai pu redresser le guidon. les pièces commandé on mis un peu de temp pour arriver, mais fallait qu'elles traverse l'Europe.

I had a problem with the electric sensor in the pedal assist and the customer service was willing to help me. I went to a repair store in my country and when my bike was ready i send them the proof of work and they refund me all the work!

All arrived as ordered.

Sehr bemüht, nach einer falschen Lieferung wieder alles in Ordnung zu bringen. Würde jeder Zeit wieder bestellen.
