I've only recently bought the Eleglide M1 Plus after losing the wife last year, it has opened up a whole new world of being able to get out again, one or two little nigles like mudguards I would have liked to have seen but overall for the price it does take a lot of beating

I bought an M1 plus bike, and the price/quality ratio is clearly unbeatable. I also asked about the bike on support, and the response was very quick.

I ordered a replacement display for my tank roll. The first display that was delivered was unfortunately also defective. After contacting support, a new display was sent to me. It works now. I had to wait a few weeks for the display because Eleglide didn't have the spare part in stock. But now I'm happy. My e-bike is working perfectly again.
