Mixed feelings about the T1 Step-thru ebike. It arrived with a broken spoke, because the crank was stuck throught the wheel. Then, within the first week, both tyres were flat and new tubes had to be installed! The bracket holding the handle bars had quite some play that increased gradually, it became very unsafe. I resolved the issues myself, as the seller from AliExpress offered very little support apart from sending a new front wheel (spoke). I'm wondering what will break next ...

I didn't like the gearbox, it's complicated to use, you have to try it over and over again especially with the chainrings, even the brakes, they are noisy and brake poorly. for the rest everything ok, excellent battery.

Habe eine neue Federgabel bestellt für mein M1 Plus. Leider waren keinen Bilder zu sehen von der Schraube des Lenkkopflagers. Es fehlten Scheibe vom unteren Lenkkopflager u Mutter am oberen Lenkkopflager. Ich musste die alten Bauteile nehmen. Zum Glück sind diese ganz geblieben. Hoffe die Gabel hält länger als die Alte. War nach 6-8 Monaten kaputt. Ich wiege 80kg, das sollte machbar sein für die Gabel.

I ordered the: Electric Mountain Bike M1 Plus（with APP), which they later told me was out of stock, so i issued a refund, and they told me they would help with the refund. I asked if theres a number i can call to help with the refund, and get hit with a auto-reply message telling me they are on holiday, when i just got an email from them a day before?? Its been 3 days and no answer still, really disappointed, hopefully i get the 1000$ back soon. Update: Got the money back

Delivery service very bad

October 26, 2023, M1+ bike purchased at the end of March 2023, used 20 times on good roads, total battery failure. Compliance with charging and storage instructions. Informed ELEGLIDE responds :" Please be known that battery degradation is related to personal frequency of use and temperature. " No possibility of testing the bike in France.By taking a risk , I order a new battery, € 199 from ELEGLIDE, test for 15 km without interruption. Commercial advantage from ELEGLIDE 5% reduction on future purchase. Great,right?

GREAT Bikes , GREAT support service , BAD Sparepart stock. So what happens if "for example" my display breaks down . where can i get a spare one ??? most spareparts are sold out ??? Peter
