The battery on level assist lasts only 30 Km, about 20 Miles. The advert says up to 100km, you'd expect at least 75 kms. It is a rather poor product

I Bought a controller, and tried to use their 14 day guarantee return policy as I don't need it. I made a look trough European Consumer rights, and they found their office in Honk Kong. Sadly European consumer rights cannot do anything as different jurisdiction, even though they are selling on Europe too. Order number ELEGLIDE13611998 *Update at best they are trying to put it under the rug. Customer support was rude not to reply, even simple message are you getting my letters - no response.
