I never received my bike, they told me they sent a refund but I haven’t got any money back. They stopped replying to all emails.

Wobbly rear set. Front derailleur rubbing on chain even when local bike shop tried to set it up. Rubbing disc brakes. Front crank visibly not turning true (also wobbly). I can say it's cheap. When I raised these issues I was told it was 'normal phenomenon'. Good thing I can say... it's not the most expensive lesson I've learnt. Can not recommend.

Initially placed an order on their website for a bike they claimed to have in stock. The following day I receive an email saying they could not honor that, asked me to wait and could only say 'maybe the end of the month.' From there on the entire dialogue was just weird. They couldnt tell me when they would expect more of the bike I ordered. Then they go change their website and send me a picture showing the bike as out of stock. No idea why they sent that, if an item is out of stock on their site you can not order it so the fault there was with them. The first time I asked for a refund I was ignored. then I get this as a reponse. 'We won't cheat any customers, wouldn't you rather wait for a bike?' No suggestion made to them that I was being cheated so a really weird response to send me, just makes things ten times worse. Saying something to the line of 'I am not scamming you.' Is just alarm bells. They then started talking about compensation, I suggested they send me a different bike price difference of €50 instead which was also ignored so not sure what their idea of compensation was but doesnt sound like much. finally 9 days later I get a refund when you buy from eleglide direct in the UK you exchange everything is euros, of course they wait until the exchange rate is more favourable to them Bouught £669.72 GBP = €748.99 EUR Refund €748.99 EUR = £641.44 GBP So being out ~£30 for nothing absolutley not impressed. Feels like a massive stall for time. Based on that I'd not like to know what will happen if the battery dies or the motor karks it.

Hello, that was not good customer service because the delivery took a long time, even though it was listed as available on the Eleglide website. That can happen from time to time, I understand that. But the communication with customer service was not customer-oriented and they did not even offer a Goody at.

You don't sell in your accessories a bike headset kit (bearings, direction,...) for M1 Plus... Not serious... See headset bike in wikipedia... You havn't a bike technician team for correct answers after bike problem...

I have the M1 now 9months. Unfortunately the motor has stopped working and cannot be repaired in bike shops that don't sell this brand of bike. Nowhere will touch the electrics. I'm based in Ireland. I have sent countless emails & videos which they asked for and still nothing been done. If you live in an EU country and bike shops don't sell eleglide, they will not fix or go near the electrics on these bikes. Buy local is all I can advise.

Nothing but issues since I purchased this almost 4 month's ago. Brakes failed within the 1st month and I almost hit a bus as couldn't stop, Caliper at rear needed to be changed at my expense as was damaged out of the box and now battery won't charge!!! Company that sells on behalf of Eleglide in London say not their problem as these are not covered. (Eleglide direct said not there issues, contact reseller)!! Save your hard earned money and buy something else. What a disgraceful Company and a dangerous product. Seeking legal advice.
