Serious company , very fast delivery, I just received my bike T1 , it looks very steady, I hope it’s durable too. I even received a refund for the coupon I couldn’t use when I ordered the bike.

Came fine but break calipers were scratched on arrival.

Delivery was very fast. One missing screw and the packing of the bike within the box could be better. Had to setup the Shimano gear control, because the gear cover had not the correct position after transport and blocked the gear wheels at the back. The brakes are not very good, ordered an upgrade, today, to get a saver driving at all. The bike drives very good and with the rest, i am satisfied, therefore only 4 Stars. Greetings, Rainer.

Livré sous 8 jours. Montage facile. Aspect robuste. Après 120 kms en terrain vallonné très content de mon achat. Voir la résilience dans le temps. Content du rapport qualité prix.

When I decided to cancel the deal I was reimbursed within 3 days. Just what you expect from a reliable source.

Alles prima - Einwandfreie Leistung. Nur die Aufbauaunleitung ist nicht ganz korrekt und nicht so einfach zu verstehen. Ausserdem fehlte eine Schraube um das Vorderlicht zu montieren.
