Not only did we stay in contact EVERYDAY until the proofs were to my satisfaction.... but they damn near teleported my invitations from China.....shipping was FAST!!! And not only did they package my invitations properly but THEY LOOKED GREAT!!! Will def recommend to my friends and family!!!! Thank you!!!!

I would definitely recommend this website for someone who is on a budget for their wedding but still wants cute, personalized invitations. The customer service is excellent - they respond to questions almost immediately through the chat feature on the website. They're also excellent at sending proofs in a timely manner and being flexible with making changes to proofs. The one thing to be aware of is communicating with them during Feb 18th to Feb 24th. It's their Chinese Spring Festival, so they won't be available during those dates. The actual invitations were very cute! Good paper quality :) Also, the deal they had going included response cards and envelopes with return addresses already printed on them! It saved us so much time and money! The color of the invitations looked ever so slightly different, but that will happen with anything on a computer screen that's printed. Overall, great experience.

I am so happy with my wedding invitations I have received! Any change I requested was made promptly and without question! Shipping was incredibly fast I was shocked when they arrived so quickly! They are beautifully made and look even better in person! Excellent quality for a great price! Thanks!

While not being sure about ordering wedding invitations online and not actually seeing or feeling the invites I was hesitant. But sometimes when your on a budget you take your chances and pray it all comes out well. I took the chance and I must say I'm very happy with the invitations. They look just as they did online. Unlike the previous reviewer, my experience with elegantweddinginvites.com was pleasant. They made the corrections I needed without additional fees and responded to each of my e-mails. Also, my invites were navy blue but I asked if the response cards could be changed to white with the design in navy blue and they did without an additional cost. They came out great and just what we asked for. What I did when sending them the changes I needed, I made it as simple as possible. Went on my computer and In a text box I wrote how I wanted the card to read. On the outside envelope I wanted the return address in script and I sent a sample of it and they did it for me. While the product is coming from overseas you can't help but be nervous but I had a good experience and would use them again. Their customer service was more then expected. Just make a note of their hours so if you don't think your getting a response right away its because of the time difference. Overall good experience.

I was first reluctant to order my wedding invitations from this company but then that changed when one of their associates was very responsive and helpful in my selection of cards, styles, colors, fonts and etc. The total time from the selecting up to receiving my cards was two weeks. They were that fast! The product is not cheaply looking product. I will definitely order again.

I think proper expectation is key when ordering online. My invitations are beautiful, arrived in a timely manner, and are a great weight. I'm very satisfied with my experience. Customer service feedback was great when I needed to change my email address. Now, I need to get to Hobby Lobby or Michael's and pick out some pretty paper to make matching directions cards. Semi-Homemade, that's how I'm doing it. :)

With as many items as I purchase online and also review, I can say that this company stands out from the rest. Excellent customer service! I truly feel that this company cares. Every step of the way they made sure that I was happy with this experience. I absolutely LOVE my wedding invitations and couldn't be happier. I plan on ordering my thank-you cards here as well. An excellent experience all around!!
