Our wedding invitations exceeded our expectations. I was a little nervous ordering online, but they were very helpful and prompt in their replies. Our invitations were printed perfectly. I had to change some wording and they sent me a proof with my changes immediately. I'm very impressed with the customer service. We received all of our envelopes and RSVP cards. It's also very nice that our return address was printed on both sets of envelopes. The shipping was extremely quick too! One less worry for a bride!! I had a wonderful experience with this company. I was a little skeptical at first because of the few negative reviews, however, we really fell in love with this one wedding invitation design (and the prices) that we decided to order from them. They were in constant contact with us the entire time, and made all the changes we wanted. Yes, they are based out of China, and yes they run on a different work hour schedule, but that is a problem only for those who are impatient. The cards arrived within two days from shipping. They are even more beautiful in person. The envelopes are a little bit on the ivory side (which is exactly what we wanted), with a little shimmer. Even the free response cards look pretty. We will definitely use them again for our future paper needs!
