elegantweddinginvites.comReviews of elegantweddinginvites.com

I had my doubts after reading some reviews, but went ahead and ordered my invitations and I am glad I did because they turned out fabulous and I love them. The customer service was great they worked with me and made several changes I asked and sent me more than one eproof to make sure I liked it before printing. The shipping was quick and I would order from them again.

Company was patient working through multiple proofs and waiting until I was happy with them to print. They do ship from China, but invitations arrived three days after processing so no complaints. Not the fanciest I've ever seen but they were good quality for the price and totally met our needs.

I did a lot of research and price matched before going with this company...I'm glad that I did! I spoke to customer service via live chat, which was very helpful during my deciding process. Once I received my e-proofs, I wanted to make changes...this process was what took the most time and annoyed me. But, they did exactly what I asked, changed what I didn't like and remained professional! I received our wedding invites just last week and I was impressed with the extra attention to wrapping EVERYTHING! I'm also extremely satisfied with the end product!!

I loved that they made sure your invitations were exactly how you wanted them before printing your order. This company was super easy to work with and were very nice.

The process of editing and ordering my invitations was very easy, and I received them promptly after submitting my final order. The only issue I had was that the paper color shown in the online sample was not available, which was disappointing. However, I selected the next closest color from a photo of all available paper colors sent by the company representative, and they turned out really beautiful. Best of all, the price is extremely affordable. I'm sure they are not the fanciest, highest quality invitations you could find, but I'm not really a high maintenance bride and was looking for something pretty at a good price. These invitations definitely fit the mark.

The invitations were beautiful and nicer than I imagined. The customer service was helpful as well.

I ordered from this company after shopping around online. They had the best price, great selection for all wedding types and included free shipping and free response cards with my order. My order was exactly as it appeared, even after making a small correction in my address. They shipped UPS from China and I was a little concerned before I opened the envelope but they were great. Got my order within 4 business days which is plenty of time for my September wedding.

I ordered wedding invitations and response cards from this company. The prices are reasonable and they were very simple to order. They have many selections and have different options for the wording of the invitations. Before they sent them, they sent me a preview and asked if I had any problems to let them know before they sent them. I did have an issue with one thing. They fixed it and sent another preview then mailed them. They arrived on time and were exactly what I expected. They are beautiful.
