I wouldn't use this company. I believe they are located in the Far East as they only respond between 8:30 pm and 5:0o a.m. Sunday through Thursday. It has taken two weeks to get to the printing stage now they are are claiming another 8-12 days to get the order. Use a US company where you can have immediate feed back, short turn around time and quick shipping.

Horrible Service
I used this company for a work event and modified a wedding invitation for it. It was stressful and took a lot of time of back and forth because the service dept is out of China and works overnights so you can only get a response to an email once a day unless you are working on these at night, which I wasn't because I work days. It took a lot of work and back and forth because of what I assume is a language barrier. The emails I got often sounded like English was the second language. I finally got a finished product and they were good quality for the price. This was in 2016, I told them I had an annual event and they assured me they would save the finished product so I could use it year after year without redesigning. 2017 was still some work, and the emails back and forth were painful but they got done. This year, I have had the worst experience. Daisy does not read emails before she responds and is incredibly incompetent. She will not address your issue. I started early, knowing this process can be painful but since I already had the design I wanted to go with them again. At first she welcomed me back. I sent all the information I needed updated. When I didn't hear back for two weeks I contacted them again for the proofs and she said I had to pay before they would send me the proofs and sent me the link to pay for the special order before they would get the proofs. There was no information for how much the invitations were. I responded that last year they sent me the proofs prior to my payment and told her how many of each item I would need. She responded to say sorry we don't do that (although they have the last two years) and asked me the quantity of each item I needed. This was explicitly listed in my last email. I responded that she needed to read my previous email since I had already included that information and that the delay in responses was causing concern. Her next email didn't even respond to my comments but said that they hadn't kept my design since it had been so long since I ordered and their terms have changed so now I would owe the design fee and that two revisions were free but $5 each after that. It took them at least 5 tries to get it right the first time, not due to me making requests for changes but due to them making errors. I am not sure why we had to go through so many emails before she told me they don't even have my design anymore, but her lack of response to my concerns was very unsettling. Go with someone local (US - not outsourced to China) who has any customer service skills at all and you will be much better off.

Wedding invitations, RSVP & Details card
I do have to say ordering from this company was BY FAR the most stressful part of my entire wedding planning. And yes, my invitations did eventually turn out great, however, I went through hell with this company. After a month and half of just back and forth, and answers changing depending on who I was emailing with, we finally got to where I was pleased with the invitations. They originally could do a light gold border, then at the last minute, they couldn't. So finally I just asked if we could not do a border and just make the invitation bigger in order to fit in the laser fold cut out properly. Of course this made the price go up (do not ask me why) but I agreed so I could just be done with the whole thing. The invitations came in, and they were not even close to the size of the laser fold cut out. I had to go to 2 different Michael's locations and buy border paper, cut them, paste them and the invitations-they would've fell right out of the invite if I hadn't made a border, plus they looked like they were just thrown together. Took me a total of almost 20 hours to do this and $50 just buy the stuff to do this. I was also having to do this in a 2 day period because they were already late sending me the invitations. They knew since BEFORE I even placed my order that I needed my invitations to be sent out to my guests NO LATER than March 5. I had to jump through hoops, request rush on my invitations (which was a joke-they are not in a rush to do anything-I was told on a Monday that they were to be sent out that day, and after not receiving a confirmation shipping email, I contacted them and they said they were waiting on the laser fold, that they were on BACK ORDER). Finally they were delivered to me ON March 5. So I was 2 days late getting them sent out. Some might say I didn't order them in time, but I was assured back in December that it would not be an issue to get these by the first of March. Get ready for them to charge you for every little thing. I would question about being charged for certain things and they would say "well, we will go ahead and wave the $29 charge, but we will need to charge you $28 for something else". If you have PLENTY of time to order your invitations (like 6 months), I would say yes, go ahead because you can mail them back if they're wrong, but they are so slow and they also ship from China, so you get emails at 1-2:00 am. I even stayed up or set my alarm several nights to check my email and reply so I could speed the process up a bit. After complaining about my experience, I was told $80 would be credited. I spent well over $650 initially on my invitations. With the amount of money I spent at Michael's trying to correct their mistake ($50), and also the 20 hours I spent, I was expecting much more of a refund.

I wish I could give them NO STARS
I wish I could give them NO STARS. I am horrified with my experience with them. The first set of invitations I got had a minor font size mistake. They offered to fix it and send new one. Great! .....NOT SO MUCH the new ones came, the initial problem was not fixed, the reprints were done on a cheap gray card stock instead of the glossy ivory paper I ordered, and the cards were CUT wrong so they didn't fit in the pocket of the invitation, and the rsvp card didn't fit in the return envelope! They refuse to give me a refund! They suggested I find a local print shop to help me correct the sizing and blamed their "machine" for the different colored paper. SAVE YOURSELF THE UNECCESSARY STRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not disputing the charge through my credit card company because the company will not take fault for their mistakes.

I ordered wedding invitations in Blush …
I ordered wedding invitations in Blush Pink with laser cut outs. When they arrived they were a weird brown/coffee color. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Elegant Wedding Invitations
I ordered wedding invitations with elegant wedding invitations. They claim during the ordering process someone will send you a proof in 1-2 business das, by the 5 or 6 th day of waiting I finally emailed them asking when I would get the proof. She claimed they had emailed it to me but appearently I didn’t get it. Once I received the invites I had to assemble them which it says while ordering, but the envelopes didn’t comfortably fit my invites, and the envelopes were cheap so the adhesive wasn’t working. When I emailed them about it I received a condescending email back about the dimensions of the envelopes and how I should turn the invites the other way to avoid the flower (like I didn’t already do that). While the invites themselves are nice I’ll be surprised if they even make it to my guests in their flimsy envelopes. AND they have horrible customer service.

Awful service - avoid at all costs
Awful, they put zero effort into the custom design for you. I left very specific instructions which they ignored and never apologised for their errors until I gave up and asked for a refund after several failed attempts. Then they delayed issuing my refund by asking me to review the design again! I ended up ordering my wedding invitations through Zazzle which was a much more smooth, quick and pleasant experience. Avoid these guys at all costs.

8.3.2017 BAD QUALITY
8.3.2017, My experience with Elegant Wedding Invites has been awful. First of all this is a company doing business from China. The time change between MST and China was not at all easy to get things done in a timely manner. In addition, the fact they typeset your Information/Reception and RSVP card is less than favorable. I attempted this over and over again as they are not using professional typesetters and the alignment etc. on the card was less than satisfactory. The BIGGEST complaint I have and truly the worst emotionally was that the envelopes are of very cheap quality and the adhesive so bad that when the post office received the envelopes (they were sealed at that time) by going through their standard machines and mail distribution most of our guests received their invitations in a shrink wrap/bag form the USPS with a message of "hope all the contents are there, damaged in mailing". This was all because of the seal on the envelopes. I would never use this company again and will definitely write as many reviews as necessary in hopes that others will not have to go through what we have. This is too important of an event to have mishaps because of a company who cannot send out quality.
