I am extremely happy with the service, response, assistance and quality of the products I ordered! Delivery was within 5 working days which was sooner than I anticipated and they look beautiful! This has been a very positive online shopping experience for me and I would recommend them highly! Thank you for helping make my mother’s 70th birthday a memorable occasion!

I only wanted the laser cut envelopes with the outer envelopes & they were able to work with me & do a special order. They look beautiful! Right color & size. The only reason why i'm not giving it 5 stars is because my outer envelopes were all a little wrinkled & glittery. I actually thought they were going to be matte but I can work with that, they are really pretty. I would suggest better packaging for next time but overall great experience with this company. Thank you for making my invitation making easier. I would definitely recommend them & use them again for future events.

Elegant wedding invites made it easy to find the right invitation for me at my budget. There was a bit of confusion with delivery but customer service was very helpful!

Even-though I had a rough start with getting the wording and font corrected & didn't receive enough envelopes for my reception cards, I was overall pleased and surprised with the quality of the invitations & the fast shipping.

They were very easy to work with and prompt. We wanted a small design change and they did it for a small and reasonable fee. The only drawback is that I the invitations require more self assembly than I was expecting.

I Really liked our invitations. Everything looked exactly as I planned. I had a little trouble with the actual ordering. I was waiting for my email to view and confirm our invites and didn't get one for days. I emailed the company to see if they had been ordered despite not confirming and found out that they were in my spam. The co. Was very helpful and sent me a link to confirm before I figured out it was actually in SPAM. So, if anyone has trouble finding these emails, check spam.

I ordered beautiful wedding invites and they turned out even more beautiful than what they look like online. Everything went smoothly, even when I realized I had ordered wrong. But with the eproof process I was able to get it all figured out in a timely fashion. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is response time was a bit long in between emails. But when the invites were finally shipped they got here so quickly!!! I was really grateful!

Response time is fabulous. They really get back to you quick with proofs and questions you have. The product itself is beautiful and nicely done. However, they charge you a shitload when you need to make changes and every little thing will cost you $$$$. They charged me $30 for upgraded paper but bc I added a foil trim it costed me another $30 for the total to be $60. Before I purchase I talked with the online person. Laid out what I needed- foil trim, paper upgrade, colors, etc. They said they could do it and they did. But the online person failed to let me know of the foil charge. I don't care for extra charges, just tell me. However, when it came down to the ribbon to be tied around the invite, they sent me the wrong one. The person I chatted with said they could change it to pink but when I emailed them back they said they could not change it to pink. So therefore I ended up buying my own ribbon and not use theirs bc the color was not a part of the wedding. So before ordering be sure to talk it out thoroughly and get the numbers right and make sure everything you need it correct. It's great product but lots of miscommunication.
