Very poor quality. I received the invitations 2 days ago. Immediately upon opening, I noticed the glittery paper is extremely thin and has curled under. I was told that these invitations were on high-quality paper. When I reached out, they told me to put a heavy object on the invitations. After spending 400 dollars, I should not have to do this. Needless to stay, the invitations barely fit on the glittery paper. The font on the reception card is extremely tiny. It can barely be read. I asked for a refund and I will be disputing the charges on my credit card for false advertisement and poor quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR.

very poor service. It's been 3 weeks we have been trying to get our invites done. In those three weeks they keep mistakes and want to charge us $5 usd per edit for their mistakes. Also if we emailed them 10 times they responded three times in those 3 weeks. WE have now run out of time and we cant get them to get our refund! No apologies given also.

STAY AWAY from this company!! They have huge delay in processing the order and have terrible customer service. I need to replace my order somewhere else.

When I placed an order for my wedding invites I was told that I will be receiving them in 5-9 days. After a week, I contacted them requesting the tracking info, only to be told that it will now take 4 weeks to receive me order?? And nobody reached out to me to inform me of this delay until I emailed to ask about my order. My wedding is in 8 weeks and i am already stressed out about this, but thanks for making it worse. Very upsetting and frustrating.

I ordered 65 invitations on 23 Jan from the company. Today is 3 March but invitations have not arrived yet, and they were not even produced. I needed to email the invitation text to all of the guests otherwise they would have missed our discount rates for accommodation. Elegantweddinginvites.com website promised the team will contact me for the wording within 2-3 days, I was waiting for a week when I proactively wrote to Customer Service. The graphic designer they claimed does not exist. I got a draft for 3 different languages where the font type, font size did not match at all among the different versions. You do not need to be a graphic designer to pick up on this. Even though I sent concrete screenshots about the preferred design and text breaks for the wording, it took one week and 4 iterations to finalize the design. But what is really the most annoying that after these troubles they do not even proactively reach out to me to give update on my order status but I need to write email every day that they do not even answer anymore. So, at the end I have no idea if and when I will get my invites ever. And I wish I would have made business with a local provider.

****READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU MAKE A HUGE MISTAKE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY**** I had the most horrible experience with this company and never even received the Invites. My family owns a banquet hall in Downtown Toronto and for years, we have been using and referring clients to Vistaprint for wedding Invites. For my sister's wedding, I ordered from elegantweddinginvites.com because I wanted to make her invitations extra special and spend a little more on her invitations. It wasn't until I received the first COMPLIMENTARY proof that I read the horrible reviews and decided to cancel my order. I requested a refund and someone by the name of Mary emailed me back saying, "Can you just keep your order??" How RUDE!!! No!!!! I asked for a full refund and they were going to take $15.00 out of my refund for the proof they made. First off, I MADE THE PROOF ON THE WEBSITE AND COPIED AND PASTED MY PROOF I SPENT 2 HOURS PERFECTING. And this Mary girl had the audacity to say that SHE made them??????????? HORRIBLE. They still managed to cut that in half and take $6 out of my refund for the RSVP proof they made. They can have my $6. PLEASE PEOPLE, DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE. These people just want to eat your money. So far, 3 of my clients have told me that they received their wedding Invites UNASSEMBLED!!!!!

These invitations were a complete nightmare. When you read some assembly required in small print you assume, "hey I will have to put the RSVP cards and invites in envelopes and maybe add the already assembled band on top." ALLLLLLL wrong. You have to assemble all the pieces of the invitation to include gluing the invite to the glitter paper and ensuring it is centered, folding the band, adhering the band to itself, centering the name card on the center of the band AND purchasing your own adhesive to accomplish a completed invitation. None of this information was obviously stated and when I addressed the company, they pretty much said sorry for your problem, go buy some double sided tape. I mean seriously!!!!! As a bride to be, receiving such disassembled invitations without having even included all the elements necessary to assemble a complete invitation is just devastating and poor professionalism. Please DO NOT consider them unless you plan to spend a lot of "craft" time on your own invitations.

DONT DO IT!! So angry about these invitations, they were the most stressful part of my entire wedding planning so far. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I realize that it says “assembly required”, however like me, you may mistakenly assume that this means that You’ll have to put each individual card in the laser cut invite. Which I was fine with. But you get your invitations in a box completely disassembled. Those pretty glitter borders? Are just sheets of paper cut in squares and then it’s up to you to glue every single invitation, rsvp and cocktail card to the glitter background. Even the square that goes on the band outside has to be glued to a small glitter square. It was sooo time consuming and we estimate that we spent approx 15 hours just assembling all the invitations. To make matters worse, the quality is super cheap and the pieces are not cut evenly so a lot of the finished products look crooked. I would have not gone so far as to leave a bad review though, until I just finished sending my invitations today and they were THREE INVITATIONS SHORT. I had enough rsvp cards and envelopes for all invites ordered... but I’m missing three laser cut invites. So not sure what I will do for those 3 couples? Also, I was about 53 BANDS SHORT. So only about 2/3rd of all my invites look as they should, 53 of them do not have the glitter band on the outside. To top it all off, I came to leave a review on their site and my account had conveniently been disactivated or something as I could no longer log in. So I created a new account just to leave this warning to other brides and grooms...but of course they will not “approve my review” on their website. hope you don’t make the same mistake I did.
