My first time buying using this vendor and it was easily the best move I made. Internet communication was outstanding and they kept me informed through the entire shipping process. Very happy with product; exactly as advertised. Thank you

This is an amazing—and practical service for people who find themselves needing a new phone suddenly and without the proper budget in place to get a new one from their usual cell phone retailer. I have bought two cell phone from them so far, and I'm thrilled with the whole process; picking the phone and finding a great price, great customer service, fast shipping, and reliable phones arriving at my doorstep. Both times that I have ordered from them, I got the best price out there and received brand new, functional phones. No old phones or refurbished phones. I called their customer service both times before placing my order to ask some questions, and they were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the phones they had in stock. I will definitely place another order with them.

Was told in would be paid for my return shipping 5 different times. This was after I returned a phone that they sold as new that was not. These people just will tell you anything and then do nothing, have emails to back this all up. maybe that is why they hide behind different company names.

I wanted a Samsung XCover 2 phone from then and because on the website it wasn't mentioned the condition of the phone I dropped them a mail and they said it is brand new. When I received the phone it came in a used box of a Samsung Galaxy S :) and it was used; there were 2 contact lists in the phone :) (they could have at least removed the contacts :) ) Adding one more thing: because the phone was suppose to be a gift I did tried it with an actual SIM card but when I saw it was not new I checked it with a SIM and guess what: it was not able to make a simple phone call.

They sent me the wrong order. Their customer service is lousy and never contacted me via email or phone when I complained. When I was able to get a hold of them they said send the phone back and we will send you the correct one. I noted that if they did not have the phone I wanted, I wanted a refund. Once again, they made no effort to contact me. When I contacted them they said they were giving me a refund minus a restocking fee even though they had the phone I wanted. Now I am out the shipping fee, the cost of mailing it back and a restocking fee as well as 2 weeks of my time wasted. Best of luck if you use this company.

Shipping was very slow- it takes them 5 days to "process" the order prior to shipping. Be sure to read the small print on the FAQ page. Paid for Federal Express 2 day air, they shipped it USPS. Contacted to complain, told not a problem- will refund the shipping. It has taken 3 weeks for them to process with 4 calls. Product was received used. The website does not say item would be used which is very misleading. I was not happy with the service provided and the response time. Rep states "don't worry", however actions indicate otherwise.
