i have bought on the electronicsforce site a number of times. Everything always goes smoothly and they have excellent pricing too!This time I am picking up the orders at the New York store. Can't wait to see it in person and do a hands on test with a bunch of other items.

It's first time to shop in electronicsforce website. Due to price issue, I chatted with one man by webchat who is patient, very helpful. He guided me to get what I want.

They provide the great online service we've come to expect in the wireless industry. Quick, fast, flexible, customer-friendly, professional. I needed to place a large, last-minute order that needed to ship ASAP and they put it together right away for me and had it ready to ship. Then unfortunately, due to client issues, I had to cancel the order -- and they canceled it right away, no questions asked, no red tape, no penalty fees. Two thumbs up for today's excellent experience with them.

I find their prices are usually as low as anyone else, but the difference is electronicsforce stands behind what they sell. If they say it is new with a US warranty you can bet it will be. The ordering process was easy and the purchased items were shipped quickly and without any problems. Navigating on electronicsforce website is a breeze and most items have helpful reviews. Will definitely order more items in the near future.

A terrible experience. I paid for a Blackberry 9930 w/ 3-Day Shipping on Thursday, June 25th, and here I am on Monday, July 6th, and I still don't have my phone. First, 3-Day Shipping does not include their 3 Business day processing period, so expect your purchase to be late anyway. 3-Day Shipping literally means it takes 3 days to ship once they decide to get your order ready. Second, never received my tracking number. It was only after my order was four days late (by my standards - 2 days by their standards) that I was verbally given a tracking number (they are supposed to e-mail it to you). Third, my tracking number revealed two things: my order wasn't shipped until Tuesday, 5 days after I ordered it, 6 if you include that I ordered my phone at like 2 am so Amazon or eBay would have shipped it that same day --- and my phone was destined for Brooklyn, NY. Well... I live in Missouri, so how it was sent to NY is beyond me. That's not even close, man. Fourth, Customer Service told me they would overnight me a replacement phone so that "the latest (I) would have it would be Monday, July 6th, by 4 PM." They sent it to my Billing Address instead of my Shipping Address. Now that, I think we can all admit, is just pure incompetence. From that very first time I hit the "submit" button, I had specified that I want my order -- God forbid -- sent directly to where I live, 2 hours from my Billing Address. In a base attempt to correct their error of sending my phone to an incorrect address, they send my replacement phone to an incorrect address. Fifth, it hasn't even shown up at my parents' place yet. Need I remind you of the quote I was given "no later than Monday, the 6th, by 4 PM." Well, I'm writing this review because it has yet to be delivered anywhere. Again, they told me they would overnight me it and USPS clearly states that it was marked for "2-Day Shipping." Thanks, Electronics Force, you know how to make a guy feel special. Sixth, it will take at least 2 days for me to get my phone from my Billing Address, making the EARLIEST I will get my phone is a FULL 2 WEEKS after I ordered it. All this assumes I actually get what was ordered - a brand new Blackberry that should have absolutely no problems because it is brand new. I really expect it to be messed up somehow. My last phone I ordered from a different online cell phone company also had complications. After explaining the problems, their Customer Service department offered me a free upgrade and a full refund. That was all because the speaker on the phone I ordered didn't work... Now I have had nothing but problems with this company and all I was offered was a replacement phone (so the item I paid for) to be overnighted to me. Maybe I just don't understand the shipping process because I still do not have the item I paid for (a week and 4 days after I bought it) and they certainly did not overnight it (at best to the wrong address, again). Yeah... I expect at least a refund on my 3-Day shipping. I mean come on. I have been nothing but patient this entire time and it is only after my order would be a full week late (by my standards) have I complained. Electronics Force really needs to make this right.
