ElectronicsforceReviews of electronicsforce.com

this is the only store online that I think deserves a 5 star review!!! They have the best price tags for mobile phones you can ever find online and above all that, customer service is phenomenal! Overall they really made me happy and I see myself coming back to them and buying more phones!

Well after seeing some of the reviews positive and negative ones I realized that each one has a different issue with them and some not having any issues... as for me everything was fine I ordered from them twice already and I could definitely say that these guys are ok and legit and they are doing what they are supposed to be doing. Some people here complain why they didn't get the package and my answer to that is that you need to make sure what information you're giving to them cuz they won't guess where you live and the post office are not smart enough to know locations around the states any how I am a very happy customer and I will buy from them again and appreciate their kind and honesty

I ordered a phone from Electronisforce.com and 2 days later my credit card was charged. After 1 week my order still said pending. I called and after repeated no answers, I finally got someone to answer the phone who said my order had been shipped. Still a few days later my order said pending so I called again and the gentleman told me my order had been shipped, but gave me another shipping date. At this point I started not trusting the company. I sent an online inquiry on my order and was given another shipping date. After a few days of not receiving my order and it still said pending, I sent another online inquiry about my order requesting shipping confirmation to which I never got a response. So I tried calling again, and after multiple attempts finally got someone to answer the phone. I asked again about shipping and he told me I would receive the phone the following Monday. I asked him for a tracking number which he gave me. I followed the package and it was shipped to New Jersey. I live in the central US He gave me a false tracking number. I called back and that day I called over 20 times (I counted) until someone answered the phone. I asked again about my order and he told me I would receive it that night. I asked him for the tracking number and he gave me a different tracking number. When I looked it up, it was still saying it was in New York. Again I live in central US so no way was I receiving it that night. I told him at that point that I had been lied to 5 times by their company and I trusted no one. I asked that my money be refunded and that I would be reporting the company to the Federal Trade Commission. At this point the man became very angry and started yelling at me, telling me not to threaten the company and that they didn't need my business anyway. He went on for quite a while and I simply said, "Sir I'm staying on the line until you refund my money." He did agree to refund my money and sent me an email saying it had been refunded. After 4 days I did receive the refund through my credit card. That is the only thing this company did as they said they would. I would be very cautious purchasing from this company. They are also connected to Cell2Get.com and I would do your reviews on that company likewise.

This is the best company you can ever find online!!! For this review I just want to thank Adam so much for the help he gave me when purchasing a phone and I really appreciate his honesty and patience when he was with me on the line! We went through all the ordering process and he was very nice to answer my questions! Overall I think I’m going to buy from the, again just cuz I had a great customer service!

This is a review from my experience with electronicsforce.com. so I purchased from from them how about a couple of weeks ago and so my phone had an issue that couldn't read the SIM card and it was a refurbished phone Becca purchased and so I called customer service and ask them if there's any way that I can send the phone back told me I'd anyone is going to be fifty bucks extra so it's a warranty that I have will no longer be available for the new phone cuz I purchased an extended warranty with the refurbished phone by default but they told me that they can replace it with insurance. And so I did send the phone back and they gave me back my money for shipping I have to say that the customer support was very nice and patient and honest with me I spoke to a guy named Jack and it was a very very nice guy he also send me to Melvin which will give me the overall details of what's going to happen and Melvin was such a good man and I very very appreciate what they're doing over there and their offices take good care for their customers anyhow I'm glad that I have my new Samsung Galaxy S8 and it's working very good and I'm using it right now to write this review and thank you so much electronicsforce.com for your honest patience and for the good care from the customer service that I got.
