I paid an extra $20 for 2 day shipping. They failed to ship the package for another 8 days. Slowest fulfillment I have seen in awhile. No communication on it either. Pretty frustrating since I would have purchased it elsewhere had I known there would be that long of a wait. Wont be doing business with them again.

Good website and very nice people. They answered my calls and all my questions I had. I'm very satisfied overall and I am looking to make more business with them in the future.

After placing an order and paying for expedited shipping (3/10), I called re: shipping information (3/12) and was told it was sent the day before (3/11). It should arrive 3/14 based on 3-day shipping. There was no email confirming shipping information. When it did not arrive, I called Electronics Force, but no one answered or called me back. I then called my credit card company and disputed the charge. 3/16, no phone. 3/17 no phone. 3/18 I called again. According to USPS, the phone was not shipped until after the charge was disputed. The merchandise is as advertised, but I do not trust this company to follow through as promised. I would not order from them again.

I was waiting over a week for my phone when i realized the order was cancelled because it was out of stock...

Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact. I opted for free shipping and my phone arrived on the last possible day, the 14th business day. Overall it took 3 weeks to receive. I was told the phone would be new. The phone I received was not "new" but likely a demo model or return from another customer. It was missing packaging material and had some scratches. I ordered black but received green. There were some other issues but Electronics Force (aka Cell2Get) responded to my concerns and they agreed to refund some of my purchase price. I feel the refund should have been larger considering the phone was used but I did agree to the amount they offered. With that said, I can say this is a somewhat positive review.

Excellent merchant! My experience with this website was great and I can only recommend them!
