Didn't have what I paid for that was advertised

I have not recieved my order. I was sent an email saying it shipped almost a week ago, however when tracking it only says that a label was created and there has been no movement or change. I also reached out via email and got absolutely no response back. I am very unhappy with my experience.

I ordered a yellow phone with 256gb memory. I received a black phone with 138gb memory. They offered me $23 and told me to deal with it. If you make a return there is a $39.99 restocking fee so now I am stuck with a phone I didn't order or want. Do NOT buy from this place.

This phone is not compatible with at&t dark star sim it was advertised as compatible

Ordered a product. They canceled the order without alerting me (found out only by checking the tracking). Product was never in stock but they didnt update the listing.

I've been using this phone for a couple of weeks now and so far it's doing exactly what I need. The battery has been reliable during normal daily use and I haven't noticed any glitches. It feels well made and arrived in good condition.
