Submitted a reorder...after checking out, noticed ship to, had defaulted to my billing address. Tried to contact support but because it was a reorder it would not allow me to submit a change. Wrote to support via an old email I had..explained the problem. It was taken care of promptly and MUCH appreciated!! Thank you!!

Every single experience I have had with ET has been outstanding. Great prices, fast (and often free) shipping -- Every single one of my packages arrive early, and packed well. Speaking of speed, though, Customer Service is lightening fast (I send an email, and receive a reply in 20 minutes, if that), and of the highest quality -- caring, and concise. ANY issues I've experienced, which were never any fault of ET themselves, were still handled with the efficiency, grace, and integrity of a company that takes responsibility for their products, shipping, and customer satisfaction, regardless of said fault. it's obvious hey assume responsibility because they care for their customers, not just the bottom line. After using ET, I *have* dealt with multiple other Online Vape retailers, simply to buy hard-to-find products, and I will never go back. The contrast in quality was blinding. This company will make you feel like their only customer, and being such a rare quality these days, 5 stars is simply not enough. If it sounds like I'm gushing, it's because I am; I literally feel spoiled during every interaction. In just a few months, ET has made me a customer for life.

I LOVE ORDERING FROM ELECTRIC TABACCONIST THEY ARE ALWAYS ON POINT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING AND THEY ARE OUT OF IT THEY WILL SENDYOU AN EMAIL AS SOON AS IT COMES BACK IN STOCK YOU CAN COUNT ON THEM I WILL NOT ORDER FROM ANY OTHER PLACE AND THEY SHIP QUICK THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS

Product not as shown. Resolution was "concern given to E Commerce team"??? This will be my last purchase with E-T.

I used to be loyal supporter of this website, now they're trying to charge an excuse tax of 70 dollars everytime I order. Absolutely ridiculous it comes in to being about 27 dollars per box when I order my regular 8 boxes it's literally cheaper to go to a gas station and buy single boxes. Never ordering from here ever again. Used to be five star rating now if I could give ZERO I would.

Absolutely one of the best stores in terms of customer service that I've ever shopped at. The prices are also very fair and fast shipping. Definitely recommend this company

Juul pods are very old stock. Doesnt come fresh and is at least 5 Plus months old. If you want a better experience I reccommend a different store. Shipping is good though. Edit: ET, Why don't you start by getting newer stock? And Im sure folk don't mind paying a little extra more for it. Just don't give me this BS.
