Got my product in a timely fashion, roughly $1,500 in lighting supplies shipped directly from the manufacturer. I was initially quite concerned after making the purchase when I thought to look up reviews since I realized I’d never heard of the place before. Got part of my order the same week and the rest a couple days beyond that. I was quite relieved to say the least since I had read some reviewers claims of never receiving product, or taking a month to get it, in some part this is no doubt due to long manufacturer lead times which I’ve dealt with from other suppliers on certain products. I’ve seen 3 month lead times before… The biggest issues with this company is that it did not post order updates and you cannot expect any kind of a response or contact via email or the phone listed on trust pilot. I had emailed within an hour requesting the order be cancelled (due to my concern about trust) and they clearly never saw the email. At length, tracking numbers and a shipment confirmation were sent to me after I had already received the packages. As if that were any help to me… If you like customer communication or a delivery time guarantee this site is not for you. Ultimately, you get what you pay for and they had the cheapest price on the internet for what I was buying so I can’t complain.

I had concerns about whether I would receive anything at all for my order. Emailed about it, no reply. Weeks later I had to order parts from someone else to get the job done. Finally received an email with tracking number. Then finally received parts about a month after ordering. Now I don't Need The Parts. This site must just be a drop shipper with no staff. There is no one to call. They don't answer emails. No way to return merch.

I received the product. And I am happy with the product. But since they don't make the product, this review is specifically towards them as a company. There is zero customer service. I have reached out to them numerous times on two different orders and never got a response on any of the messages. Don't expect any response or help during or after your order.

Awful experience, I placed an order and tried to reach out to them but couldn’t find a phone number, so I sent an email that they didn’t reply to.

I read all the reviews and decided to order from them anyway since it was a small order. I ordered faceplates on 3/14 and received a "partially shipped" email on 3/25. I received all but one of the faceplates. I've been emailing and calling, however no response whatsoever. I just ordered the missing faceplate from another supplier and had to pay a lot for shipping. So, yes, they do have good prices however if you pay for their shipping and another vendors shipping as well as the cost for the faceplate not received, you are not saving any money. Fortunately, this was a low cost order unlike some of the others that have written reviews. All they had to do was to tell me that the item is back ordered or no longer available, instead they elect to provide no correspondence so I've wasted time trying to contact them and writing this negative review.

Ordered material April 8, 2025. Today is May 5, 2025. Still have not received the order and get no response to emails sent asking for updates. No phone number to call to inquire. Customer was getting frustrated with us for taking so long to get the job done so I ended up having to order material from another vendor and now I'm working to dispute the credit card charge. Horrible company. I will never, ever do business with this sad excuse of a company again.

I returned an order and never received my refund. I had to reach out to the company several times to get the return authorization, and that finally came after several weeks. But now, two months after the company received my return I still have not been refunded (nearly $900!). I have tried to contact them several times, but they never respond to emails and never pick up the phone.

OK - like some others i was worried this site was a scam - I placed and order for a very hard to find Leviton Dimmer, Electrical Supplies Online was the only site claiming to be able to get this specific part number. It took about 30 days to get it and other that the order confirmation did not get any notice until it shipped - i suspect its a mom and pop operation but like i said this was a very hard to find part
