Hard to find Intermatic in wall timer but Electric supplies online delivered! Exactly what I wanted although it was on back order still arrived within couple of weeks!

The product was good and packaged well. It didn't fit, so the restocking fee is 25% along with the returned shipping fee is steep. That is a lot!!!

Return policy is awful.

I was very happy to get a 10 percent discount on quality RAB 360 degree motion sensor security lights, I know they are good quality lights because I personally have them. I needed to purchase some for my mother. They work well and last forever. This was the only company that offered the discount and I appreciated that.

I called multiple times to get help for a question and got told they would call bk in 10 min and never called. I finally gave up . I have bought here before when I need the parts you sell but this was bad and wasted a lot of time for myself and the customer I was trying to help. Then I got charged high shipping for one item. This was really bad!

Sell used/returned electrical items and ignore emails and disputes. Purchase with a good credit card or PayPal if anything so you can file a claim once you realize yourself this is their usual practice

Return policy is 25% charge. Thats a little excessive for an un opened item.
