I called multiple times to get help for a question and got told they would call bk in 10 min and never called. I finally gave up . I have bought here before when I need the parts you sell but this was bad and wasted a lot of time for myself and the customer I was trying to help. Then I got charged high shipping for one item. This was really bad!

Delivered quickly. Return policy cost me. Requiring authorization to return and requiring payment to ship back plus 25 percent restocking fee is not acceptable in a world having Amazon returns.

I received the product. And I am happy with the product. But since they don't make the product, this review is specifically towards them as a company. There is zero customer service. I have reached out to them numerous times on two different orders and never got a response on any of the messages. Don't expect any response or help during or after your order.
