I had a problem that set me back on my time schedule. I ordered the wrong size fitting. After contacting Billy at elecDirect number and explaining my predicament, he was able to expedite a correct fitting for my need in two days. Very friendly and professional!

Item was shipped promptly, in good condition, and was as described. Recommended seller!
