Didn't like the way the sales person conduct business with me @ all

this company has items such as tie warps and they are using old out dated pictures from 10 years ago. I was looking for a tie warp with a square flat head couldn't find one anywhere that is until i click on this web site. Long story short i ordered a bag of these tie warps they shipped it, It arrived I open the package and there was a bag of tie warps with round heads and days earlier i had seen this same tie warp in my local hardware store price $ 2.99 + tax $3.24 i could have bought these tie warps and taking them home that day instead i ordered from this company thinking i was going to get what i wanted. After calling them and having them check to see if i had received the wrong item they confirmed that it was indeed the right item and that there picture did not match what they were selling, I then ask if i could return them and i was told i could, However i would need to pay shipping charges and after they received them they would refund me a grand total are you ready for this $2.99 after i paid them $12.99 to ship them to me. Bottom line is don't advertise things on the internet with old out dated pictures that don't match what your selling this is no way to run a company and i should have gotten a FULL REFUND and not made to pay return shipping and offered $2.99 of my $12.99 i spent.
