ElecDirect.comReviews of elecdirect.com

I sort of found ElecDirect by accident a few years ago and they have become my go to source for many of the products I use in panel building. I have never been dissatisfied with their merchandise and they offer quantity discount pricing. I am nearing retirement soon but if I sell my company I will definitely send my recommendations for your company along with the purchase.

Fast service and great prices

Its good place for purchase

Is it fair to rate on the first order? Nov 09 ordered 4 PKs of product 766053C should be natural in color. That is what I ordered and what appears on the packing slip. However, I recd 4 PKs of black, not natural color on Nov 16. Sent msg and called, said they would send replacement. Sent msg on Nov 29 for update. Dec 02 recd replacements. I think they may be better than this, but on the first order they failed for order delivery and timeliness of customer service. 16 days for a replacement is not service.

Great place for bulk wire...and anything electrical!...customer service was awesome and they shipped my order fast! I will definitely go back to ElecDirect.com in the future!
