ElecDirect.comReviews of elecdirect.com

Easy to navigate and find what I needed.

The local supply house didn't have the lugs I needed and couldn't even source them. Found the exact part I needed at a fair price with excellent service and fast delivery from ElecDirect.com.

Excellent product at a reasonable price. Received my items in a timely matter and was very happy with everything!

I bought several items, one of them was very low quality, wire connector, did not hold the wires when crimped. I called to express my disappointment, I was told that this connector was only for stranded wire, on the site it says for copper wire, that could be stranded or solid. I could return them, but, would have to pay the shipping. If this is a defect with the product, i should be able to return and not pay for anything!! Bad customer service. Dissatisfied and one time customer.

Was contacted over the phone regarding an out of stock item I had ordered and a suitable replacement recommendation was made. Would not hesitate to order from them again

Everything I ordered was right. It was all delivered FAST. Any and all assistance was great and the price was comfortable. Thanx alot. William Disabled / Handicapped Vet.

ElecDirect made it easy to get what I needed, and even the return process for a part I didn't actually end up needing was easy. I'd definitely use them again in the future.
