ElecDirect.comReviews of elecdirect.com

They had exactly what I was looking for. Was great that I could order the exact number of needed items. Shipping was quick and price was reasonable.

Quick shipping great price electric connector exactly as described and 1/2 price of other suppliers and good quality product will be back

Fast, accurate and inexpensive.

Fast service and great prices. However, shrink fitting connectors are poor quality and take an excessive amount of extreme heat to seal.

this company has items such as tie warps and they are using old out dated pictures from 10 years ago. I was looking for a tie warp with a square flat head couldn't find one anywhere that is until i click on this web site. Long story short i ordered a bag of these tie warps they shipped it, It arrived I open the package and there was a bag of tie warps with round heads and days earlier i had seen this same tie warp in my local hardware store price $ 2.99 + tax $3.24 i could have bought these tie warps and taking them home that day instead i ordered from this company thinking i was going to get what i wanted. After calling them and having them check to see if i had received the wrong item they confirmed that it was indeed the right item and that there picture did not match what they were selling, I then ask if i could return them and i was told i could, However i would need to pay shipping charges and after they received them they would refund me a grand total are you ready for this $2.99 after i paid them $12.99 to ship them to me. Bottom line is don't advertise things on the internet with old out dated pictures that don't match what your selling this is no way to run a company and i should have gotten a FULL REFUND and not made to pay return shipping and offered $2.99 of my $12.99 i spent.

Shipped timely and in neat bags to help keep control and inventory of. I have already recommended to a friend and plan to buy again. b
