We are just at the beginning of the Medicaid application process (although probably too late) and have some complicating factors. Nicholas was not fazed by our challenges and spoke very clearly about the differences between states and the options we might have. I felt like the clouds parted and I could finally see clearly. Unfortunately, the clear view is of a whole bunch of hoops to jump through and red tape to navigate, but at least I am way better informed.

I’m just getting started with working with Eldercare but just the consultation was such a relief and a help that I was in tears on the phone with William. God bless you and thank you for your help so far!!

ECR Planning is very customer service oriented. I spoke with Carter yesterday who was very helpful in answering my initial questions and providing information. He arranged for a no cost, followup consultation with Nick which took place today. Nick was very professional and informative. He answered all my questions and provided a wealth of information as I am working to understand Medicaid and its implications for an elderly parent. Great job by both Carter and Nick. Thanks to ECR Planning for being there to provide insight about Medicaid and to offer services to assist and support individuals in the Medicaid process.

Eldercare was given to me as a source to help my 96 year old mom and the experience with Adaire as our contact person was nothing short of MAGNIFICENT!! She was informative and honest and gave me and my family so much useful information! And in the end, did NOT try to push business on us. Her knowledge and expertise is unmatched and she is truly an asset to the company. We were on a conference call and she was so patient talking to my dad who is half deaf and hard to understand sometime but she was so kind and my dad truly adores her. Eldercare's knowledge and experience was instrumental for us. Shawna educated us on the process and handled everything that she could to make our experience a positive one. In our case, the process was long due to the particular state, but Shawna and the Eldercare staff were persistent with the state and patient with us until our matter was positively resolved. We called anytime we needed to and Shawna responded, even on the weekends. I highly recommend Eldercare; you will not be disappointed.

The most important thing is that they did everything that they said they were going to do. While appointments were always needed for phone calls, every phone session ended with all questions answered. They had a firm grasp of everything that needed to be done to achieve the objective, and never needed to be prodded to do anything. Typically it was always the reverse. They were always gently prodding me to furnish the the rather extensive list of documents that they needed to achieve Medicaid acceptance. I feel that my ECR Planning team members (Jennifer Williams and Freddy Melgarejo) worked hard and really cared that everything that they promised would become a reality, and that all aspects of the program would be successful. Indeed, everything was successful.

I found Eldercare Resource Planning through online research and was initially hesitant to reach out as I did not fully understand its service. I'm very glad I did as they are a very compassionate and caring team who really understand the inner workings of the Medicaid planning process. I endorse them with no reservation to others looking to navigate the complexities of the Medicaid process.
