I signed up for a Medicaid Benefits Consultation on behalf of my 90-year old mother who is currently in Assisted Living. Margaret provided an excellent summary in my initial conversation. The consultation with Liz was extremely helpful and she was able to answer almost all of my questions on the initial call. If she didn't have the answer, she followed up with colleagues or did additional research and got back to me quickly. I am very happy I worked with ECR on this important process. We were going through a difficult time with my father in law in rehab and then long term care. I was guided through the entire process and given advice on strategies to get my father in law the financial assistance that he needed to maintain his long-term care. Everyone was very helpful but our medicaid specialists was helpful and responsive on every step of the way.
