Great friendly attitude and very helpful!

My experience was So difficult for me ! But patience KAY ( last name unknown) Walked me through the process and it was a great learning process. I made mistakes but she didn’t give up on me. She was absolutely outstanding—very professional and incredibly patient, which is so important. She is highly knowledgeable and genuinely honest, which I truly appreciate. I would give her a 10-star rating and strongly believe she deserves a pay raise.
