This guys require entering the country on their payment page but forgot to load list f counties. If they are gritty to pay their IT specialist to fix simple bugs I cant even imagine what other surprises await

We have been a Costco-Elavon customer for over 15 years. When we closed a corporation and started up a sole proprietorship we set up a new Elavon account with new information and requested a processing terminal with internet connection rather than landline based. The last two terminals (Axium DX8000) worked poorly and delivered error messages that neither Elavon nor Talech could identify. Several calls and terminal tests with CSR identified bad card readers in each of these terminals and suggested a Move 3500 card reader as a more reliable terminal. Each of these CSR's sent messages to the Customer Account Manager and their supervisor asking for their authorization to allow for a tradeout. No response after over 7 hours on the phone over 2 weeks. For this entire time my wife has been unable to consistently bill patients. This is unacceptable and a poor reflection of Corporate responsibility. No response in the next 24 hrs and we're moving on. They don't seem to care.

Fees are too high and their customer services are horrible. Ghey need to be reprimanded and fined and/or out of business

Absolutely appalling customer service. Having processed in excess of £100k worth of transactions, they are now denying I have had an account with them. Make life extremely difficult as apperantly they can't find account details on your name, address or postcode. Deapite having filled PCI compliance online and their website saying it has been completed, have received numerous calls and emails stating it needs to be done. Have offered to compete again over the phone as requested, this never gets completed. I no longer have the terminals having cancelled the contracts. Elavon expect me to do the chasing and their work for them and refuse to escalate the issue to a complaint. They would appear to be in breach of UK data protection GDPR.

Do not use them. I was a long time customer since 2013. My machine said it needed a update in 2021 or it would not work any longer. I contacted US bank branch front workers and the manager at the time. They did not know. It was like a doomsday countdown to the machine not working. It started at 100 days. As it got close to 0 I went back to the bank and came back empty handed again. Wildly the it actually went to negative numbers after it hit zero and kept working for a while until it finally stopped. At this time I was checking my mailboxes on the internet and her at my buisness trying to find a clue or a new provider. We went for a while not being able to use cards. I have to say it's a big difference for customers when that happens. After getting a new provider I had alot of surgeries so when I would remember and feel good I would go down to 2 separate branches trying to find out what these charges are that they could not remove. They would take my info and eventually we would all forget about it until I remembered again. The latest started in late Sept early October I met with someone who was very enthusiastic. They were on it. Still I didn't get information until December she got me a number to someone who had a different system. He helped me get information to close it. I called and was able to get it done. I talked to the person and asked about all of these years of it not working ect. They said they would get back to me. They did not so this week I went through it all again. Today I got a call that said basically too bad its company policy.

Charged high fees.

Elavon is holding back my money for last 7+ years approx. I am still waiting for their reply to the email I sent in 2017.

Horrible payment processor. Got approved almost immediately just to be "triggered" for a review with 0$ processed with them. Review took almost week and all they said, I was approved incorrectly and they cannot onboard me because of "delayed delivery" even though our delivery window is 7-10 days. Wasted a week of our time, hardly any communication. Basically a mess
