I was getting some accounting done and had to call five different times for one particular issue I needed solved along with some other questions I had, which were still answered and everyone I dealt with was pleasant and kind. BUT, it wasn’t until I got to Shannon that my problem was solved. Shannon wasn’t sure how to answer my question but she didn’t just tell me she didn’t know - she said “bear with me while I find out”. She helped me get exactly what I needed, answered all of my questions, showed me how to do things on my end and walked me through it. I genuinely was so grateful for her help, patience, professionalism and cheery attitude. She was truly a pleasure to speak with. I hope that her efforts are recognized because in today’s society m, employees like her are far and few in between. Thank Shanon for all of your help!!!
