Customer service was excellent

Easy to operate and very reliable!

Robin Tyler was extremely patient and helpful in guiding me through the process of signing up for Payment Insider, as I needed access to monthly copies of my statements. She took the time to send me the registration link, walk me through the process step by step, and explain how everything worked. My technical skills are not always the greatest, but Robin was incredibly patient and made sure I understood what I needed to do. She even stayed on the phone to ensure I was successfully logged into the system before we ended the call. I truly appreciated her time, patience, and willingness to make sure I was comfortable with the process. Robin was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.

Customer Service The technician was exceptionally knowledgeable. With clear instructions, she guided me through software upgrade process. And while waiting for the upgrade, she patiently answered all my questions with answers that I would understand. We have been bothered with some issues for the past 4 years and no one seemed to be able to fully resolve them. She was able to explain in details with very efficient language. I had a bit of trouble updating bank information for the merchant account. I called and spoke to Jasmine who helped me through the process to reach success in a matter of minutes. Her knowledge of Elavon merchant system is impressive as well as her customer service skills. I also spoke to Robin who was beyond helpful with my request to confirm the bank account updates and if I could proceed to process card transactions. She confirmed and reassured to go ahead. What a pleasure it was to experience REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE with Jasmine and Robin. A rarity in these days of automation and artificial intelligence that is quickly replacing human contact.
