Roselyn was amazing, I called 3 times for the same reason, I was told an account rep would have to call me back to answer my question. On the 4th phone call... no rep ever did call me back... I was lucky enough to have Roselyn (Renee) answer the phone. She explained everything in detail... why couldn't any of the other 3 customer service people have done this? Why did the account rep never call me back... after 3 times over 6 weeks of asking? Thank heavens or Renee, she was wonderful. Elavon... not so much.

Trina Carson was absolutely wonderful! She was so professional, amazing customer service and so very knowledgeable. Thank you so much Trina! You are the BEST!!!

I was trying to figure some fee issues and also looking for explanations on my bill.. I was actually ready to switch to a different service provider.. If it was not for Summerly I would have switched. She was absolutely awesome! Very helpful and great personality! She is a keeper!

MaryAllis was extremely knowledgeable. She had answers to all my questions and was able to resolve our issue and knew what the issue was when I explained the problem. I do not always have this experience. It was refreshing to have someone with her experience and not to mention she was very pleasant on the phone. Exception Service. Please buy her lunch.

The person I spoke with helped me solve my connection problem. She was so helpful and efficient. We had a problem taking Visa-Debit cards and she walked me though the software update process. The first time I called, the person I spoke to didn't help at all. He told me to go back to my original vendor where I purchased my service because my account wasn't set up to take Visa-Debit Cards. He didn't attempt to diagnose the problem.

I made a decision to change my credit card services and I chose elavon. Unfortunately my business changed with the first month of usage but all.of the people I had contact with were incredible. I know some people said they had bad customer service. I 100% disagree. We had problems from day one. I ordered wrong terminal and then user error. And everyday that I bothered them my problems were taken care of immediately. They are a great company to work with. Thank you.
