I called in for general knowledge questions that Valerie was able to answer quickly. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The lady I spoke with, Josie, was so helpful! I have been struggling to get a hold of my representative and really truly get anyone to help. She took all of the heat and really just helped me get resolution with such patience and kindness. She took the time to explain things and made sure I understood. She redeemed the many hard experiences with support and etc.

Customer service was the best help I have experienced with helping me settle the batch.

I had to get a Sim Card for my Move 5000 terminal. When it arrived, I called for help to get it installed. All went well and I took it home with me to test it away from my store. Did not work. I called the following day and spent an hour and 6 minutes with Stephanie, who was very helpful and patient with me (without any success) until we somehow were cut off. I waited for a possible return call and when none came, I called again. This time I spoke with Angela and after Angela tried MANY times to get things working, she was finally able to get me up and running. I want to say that this young lady went far beyond being helpful as well as being extremely patient with the situation and especially with me personally. Angela must be congratulated on her customer service skills and her knowledge of the equipment. I would definitely recommend a GOLD STAR and if I could, a pay raise for this wonderful person.
