The rudest company I have ever communicated with. Zero professionalism.

We only started working with them because they are partnered with out bank. Credit Card machine are honestly way out dated compared to the competition. Customer service is a joke, I ordered an additional device and it never arrived! 2-1/2 months of phone calls and emails with no solution. Emailed our rep to cancel services he didn’t answer week later I’m calling he said he had been out of the office with a family emergency, he sounded aggravated and huge up on me before I could say good bye. Just terrible all around. Use another provider. I’ve been working with clover and they are fantastic! Looked into square but unfortunately they don’t work with our industry.

If I can give this company a negative score I would. This company holds 184000$ of our money for now 7 months! They are not releasing it to us and haven't given us one single update, we are about to go public with that story in every news outlet. NEVER EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. The Story is actually worse than that, initially we processed close to 300000$ with them and in the middle of our biggest annual sale, they stopped processing our transaction without any single notice. So essentially from our side we saw that the sales were going through but in reality we weren't collecting the money. Hence we shipped close to 100000$ of inventory to clients that never paid us, until we noticed what Elavon did... But it gets worse, when we called them to inquire about what happened, they claim that they only have 14000$ of our money, the rest according to them is not with them (roughly 225000$)... We were shocked so we asked them if they can help figure out what happened but they just didn't care. Luckily we have a big Shopify store and we were able to reach out some of the top admins there to help us scan our database and find the digital proof of the transactions that were processed. This process took about 3 weeks of work (stress). Once we had the proof of our funds Elavon couldn't escape the reality and admitted that yes they were now holding about 200000$ of our funds. Also, note that they gave us 0 support in the whole process, our representative even figured a loop whole to get out of the discussion with me by claiming that I wasn't being calm and hence she used that as an escape door to not take our calls anymore... Well done customer support! Then it gets worse: After they finally found our funds, they claimed that they won't release it and hold it for 30 to 90 days! This is by far the most I've ever seen a payment processor hold funds. We had no choice to comply so we did, but now we're 7 months in and still are not able to retrieve our funds. Plus it seems that Elavon doesn't treat dispute properly cause we've lost so far 25000$ in disputes that we should have won since we have proof that we shipped the inventory. If those dispute would have happened within Stripe or Paypal you would simply provide the tracking labels but with Elavon even providing the tracking labels makes you lose... All that to say, that this has been the most painful experience we've ever had dealing with a payment processor.

They charge a lot stay away from them costumer service is bad they never help you with anything.

That’s bullshet That’s bullshet, over 2 months I am waiting for my money every week you asking sign this form 5-7 working days you get paid but you are lire you are fake company you rubbing people . When I calling to customer service full rubbish. Please no body trust elavon they are just want still your money . You sending post to me contact V9 group but they send me to elavon team then elavon team send me back to them. How long I am waiting every single day I am calling your customer service they said 5-7 working day I need money for my bills my rent my supplies my staff how long I should waiting . You should reading all reviews nobody renewed contracts with you because you are full rubbish

Elavon is a horrible company. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR MERCHANT SERVICING. They do not call you back, they do not take care of your requests but they continue to charge you when you have closed your account with them. I would not give them any stars but was forced too give 1 star. My specific representative is Jerol and she has done absolutely nothing to straighten out my account. Jerol says she will help but does nothing.

Few times I was send emails and every day I calling you they told me they calling me back but never they not calling nobody about customers just you care about charge and payment and how charging

Absolutely appalling! Definitely a fraudulent company who will charge you for something you've not used. I cancelled my account with TakePayments straight away as I couldn't use it without WIFI and there were lots of hidden charges - one of which was to ELAVON. TakePayments wouldn't let me send the equipment back, but did eventually and didn't tell me I had to contact a different company (ELAVON) to cancel that contract also! I did contact them to cancel it as soon as I found out but received a demand letter a month later. I rang them to advise I didn't even use the equipment; it was returned unopened, but they said I still had to pay as it was a standard operating charge, even though I never used it! The Customer Service is shocking also, they wouldn't even speak to me; they just told the Collections Department Adviser to tell me I have to pay it no matter whether I'd used it or not! Stay away from anything with ELAVON in the smallprint!! They are fraudulent!!
