They are lier , scamers , and took money from my account without an authorization, when we ask for it back we got the run around , the agents answering the phone been trained just to give you fake promises and dead ends, you will never collect whatever they charge or over charge you back , we had no choice but to put a block on our bank account since they have a void check to our account that should be used to deposit the money to our account not to take ( steal ) money from it , hounstly iam not sure how the government allowed such a company to stay open . I will keep writing bad reviews about them in every site I see along with all the staff in our company because we all got affected by their actions

Webster's dictionary needs to add to the definitions of shyster, liar, scammer, swindler, crook, hoodwinker and bamboozler one word...ELAVON!!! This is not a one star review, this is a negative 10,000 💩 review!!! Could never get into mypaymentsinsider.com account because they always locked me out and reset my password. Ostensibly, because they did not want me to see all of the fraudulent and fictitious charges that were being added to and then stolen from my account. Was told by my account representative they would be upgrading me from my existing account which, I can only assume meant he would receive thousands more from me unethically. Do yourself a favor...DON'T EVEN CONSIDER ELAVON!!! Unless they start making elavon toilet paper...then use them as much as you want!!!

¡El peor procesador de pagos del mundo!Es inentendible como en la era de la comunicación y la tecnología pueda existir un procesador de pagos PÉSIMO y viejo como Converge Pay.No tienen soporte ni de chat ni de email, solo por teléfono y demoran mas de 40 minutos para cualquier simple pregunta, donde te pasan de un operador a otro y nadie sabe nada.Los reportes de ventas y pagos son inentendibles.Es muy difícil  encontrar una orden, y solo deja buscar 2 meses para atrás.La plataforma es vieja y cero intuitiva.Muchas transacciones no deja anularlas y genera caos con los clientes.El reporte de ventas en lote es inentendible.No deja buscar una transacción por el email del cliente.No tiene reportes contables.No se entiende si tiene o no control de fraude ni como funciona. NO lo recomiendo para nada, es incomparable con otros servicios como Stripe o PayPal donde la interfaz es fabulosa.Esperemos MUY pronto puedan actualizar el soporte al cliente, la interfaz y los reportes.,

Our credit card processing pad went down. Have been on the phone with "customer support" for over an hour and ten minutes. I am no closer to getting the unit working than when I started. Elavon person keeps putting me on hold to "research" then comes back and asks to press things that don't exist on the pad, then goes back to "research" some more. It's ridiculous. No help, someone reading canned responses. I'm looking for another processor while this fiasco continues. Suggest staying away from them is you want to keep your sanity.

This company really lets people scam businesses.... I sent them all the proof.. But the still sided with the customer My business just got ripped off for 415.00 by Elavon... Horrible they act like they will help but they don't... Thanks Elavon your HORRIBLE

Elavon no good. Very bad kunde service they kan talk with you för 1-2 hr. with out helping. Very good at speak And bad team. Money not come för 4weeks. It don t call you back and what the hel they have team för line if you call and asked. You can thinking with your self if you want to try. I the one person not believe comment in internet. I use Elavon so This is very bad more i think.

One of the worst card processing companies in the world. Incompetent workers, don't know what they are doing. Worst customer service team and re tards. Never had such a problem with a set up, processing fee and especially getting my deposit for payments. Stay way from this company, don't even know how they are still in business.
